Yeah, not sure who they think could do better with what he's been given to work with since Kawhi left.

In fact, you could even say with Kawhi since the only reason they got the title they did was as an all time iconic shot and injuries to the Warriors.

I'm not sure they wanted to fire him though. All the talk I've read for the last few months was Nurse wanted out. This firing is more a mutual parting of ways but for whatever reason, they just called it a firing

I think he wanted out of there as much as they were ready to fire him. He’s a really solid coach with a great feel for NBA defense. He sells culture.
