You had a better ability to get MJ in a one on one situation back then as opposed to now.

It is weird for him to be so forthright with this info this early. If he was really in this bad a spot, I think they’d be holding the info closer to the chest which has me thinking this is about 2 things:
1. Divide and conquer for Celtics prep on what they’re looking at for the series.
2. He’s trying to motivate Embiid.

I don’t know. Just seems weird for him to be saying this immediately after the game.

It's looking like a weekend start at best for that series even if Boston close in 5. Usually they try to start the 2nd round on Friday or Saturday. Friday night not happening as there's likely 4 game 6s being played
