Get Will Barton on the phone...
There isn't a center in basketball who ends up on the floor more than Embiid
But the commish is too worried about OT rule instead of the clear and intentional tank by Detroit tonight.....got it
I don’t know.
It is one of those things that I think would grow on people.
Elam ending is actually pretty innovative.
Game always ends with a made shot instead of 1 team playing keep away while another plays the foul game.
It will end with a basketball play.
It is different, but I actually like the idea.
And if it happens?
I bet most here will come around.
Hate it, just like I hate the pitch clock in baseball this year, the runner on 2nd in extras, etc. Just play the damn game, no gimmicks!
I agree with you on baseball
But I like the Elam ending
Dude, they play hard. How about 16 straight by the Spurs and their HOF coach?
Yep.3rd most in history behind Kobe and (of course) Wilt.
Yes.Get Will Barton on the phone...
Not really bc there were injury concerns the last couple years just like Kawhi. He is still a bubble superstar but he is playing ridiculous this year, hard to keep him off that list right now even if his team isn't that good.Yep.
Saying Lilliard isn't a superstar is silly.
Aren’t we all lolDepends on how you define superstar, imo.
A player who has been a superstar can be sort of a superstar in name only.
Kobe after his Achilles blew apart is an example. He was still treated as a superstar because he was Kobe and he could still give you those superstar moments from time to time (like dropping 60 in his last game)...but he was no longer capable of playing like that every night, or even playing every night for that matter.
I don't know as that I would say that Dame is in that superstar in name only spot yet, but I think he's headed that direction.
your bet with @DJ has to look pretty good now with LeBron's injury.......we shall see I guessDude, they play hard.
Just low on talent.
Yeah, imo folks need to lay off Dame (and Beal for that matter). It's their careers and if they're happy where they are and don't want to go to other teams chasing rings, that's their choice.
For some guys, staying loyal to the team, city and fans that have put millions of dollars in their pockets and stood behind them through thick and thin is more important.
Not a damn thing wrong with being Reggie Miller, imo.
He’s followin thibs style.. it’s what is getting him to PS.I dont know if spo is trying to gear up for the playoffs but this playing jimmy and bam basically 32 mpg since the break isn't ideal. Last night all the sixers starters with the exception of Melton played more than them
