He may have been joking, but Lebron is far from being above this for getting his ass handed to him on record night. There are unwritten rules, even for Lebron.

Nobody really cares about the AS Game anyway so if he is upset that is kinda stupid. The game is a joke. The only thing the players should be happy about is getting selected, the game itself isn't takin seriously.

Nobody remembers who the 2nd guy was to walk on the moon. They just remember that Neal Armstrong was first.

Sucks for Lebron because it hurts him in the GOAT convo because, as the first universally accepted GOAT, MJ was Neal Armstrong.

But it also hurts for things that some people don't like and others don't care about, such as player movement and stars not participating in the slam dunk contest, where he's Neal Armstrong.

Yeah, I don't think it's ever been taken seriously. I did like that players would spend the first 3 quarters goofing around, then play harder in the 4th quarter, but even at that, it really doesn't bother me if they don't.
