Cannot say I care for his comments, but if the employee is among the best at what he does in the world they might just say "how can we make things better for you".

Of course better employees get more leeway, but there are lines that good employers won’t allow to be crossed. Irving lives on the other side of that line, the side where he can’t be respected.

I’m extremely glad for Williams, he is such a class act and great coach. He was an assistant with the Thunder when his wife was killed in an accident and they still had 4 young kids.

Suns jumped from .466 to .708; that can't all be put on CP3. That's his biggest improvement from joining a new team, and at the tail end of his career. Congrats to Monty.

Knicks are much improved (a slightly better jump of .251 to the Suns' .242), but 41-31 only gets you the 8 seed in the West and there's always the question of just how hard were those previous Knicks teams really trying to win. The Suns finished last season in a flurry, so no questioning the effort there.

If an end of roster player said that he would probably be out of the league.

Kyrie Irving isn’t replaceable. He has leverage. That same concept works in every free market occupation I can think of.

Hard to argue against Thibs turning Randle from role player to All-NBA level player.
