arb can start..the year..after..player excedes..rookie expectations...and the base...salary..raise..(arb would increase as well....automatic...)will push...teams up.overall..
payroll...up..by 20 mil..maybe more....the lux tax...then...must go up...230-250...or or an equel...amont...

if a guy goes to collage..at 18..(a lot of guys will..go..MLB as a soph or junior even fewer..will do the 4 or 5 years)..does 4 years collage...then goes 4years..minors...he is already...26..and when he starts..arb..already..27...that is not MLBs fault...an age...time..is..

unreasonable....there..are maney paths...to mlb......and..29..or even..291/2..is unreasonable..in the above case..4 years..of arb..is reasonable..

in that case....maney GM..will seek....other contracts.....trying to keep players longer...the players will make more money...and sometimes be traded...becouse of it.......and..not....just depending....

does this feel...like manipulation...as well...........players..do not have the responability....of putting a team together....

owners..and GMs..do.......and some times...are oblivius...to anything...but there..pocket book.....owners and GMs..must..negotiate...

4 years of arb..is reasonable...that would be..after..exceding rookie expectations..in a lot of cases...the guy..would be over 30..years old..
in a lot of cases..not...so..it is fair...depending on your path....and how good of player...you actully....are....some contracts may give a player..
3 years...and an option..club or player...prob club...

they say..service..time..is the issue...it is not......arb-amount...is...if a player..is in arb...they do not get..there real market...value..

that is the prob...to be fixed...................

rookie..exeed..arb..by market value..pct...of top10..20..30..40..50..60..70..80..90..100...works..and no one...could say..diff..

it would go by player stats....end of story..

but..your stats the next year..could go down......well...then....get ready for a drop in pay...

year 4 by stats 60,70,80,90,

in the free agent...the assumed...price...is 100pct..but watch..out..if stats fall..it could work..against..players...dont cry..about it......
