Plus the only reason got paid was bc he was part of a championship team. So they either overpay to try to get a 7 or 8 OR they try to get a couple more top 5 picks and build through the draft. Not sure what Ball, Rozier and Hayward is winning them...I guess we will see

Not really the point just used it as an example. Either you overpay GH to make a run for an 8 seed or you go for a top 5 pick again. Only reason Love got paid is bc he was part of a championship and kyrie and bron left.
