Dwight to the Clippers is interesting. He would definitely help them vs. the Nuggets. Not so much against the Lakers.

With AD not wanting to play the 5, it might be smart to bring Dwight back...but as the article points out, he may have teams willing to pay him more than the Lakers can.
Yep and he needs to make as much as he can for as long as he can with like 12 kids.

Watching Remembering Len Bias.....forgot I recorded it.....

Just a shame what happened to him. He was one of the most talented CBB players I ever watched. Another CBB star that was gone way too early was Hank Gathers.

I remember when the Celtics drafted Bias. My first thought was..."The balance of power just shifted from the Lakers to the Celtics."

I met Len Bias' mom a few years after he passed. She had become a pretty powerful anti-drug spokesperson. She was speaking at a conference I was at. Her presentation really didn't have much to do with the reason I was there. But after getting to meet her, I sat in on her presentation any way.

Neat lady. She used the tragedy of losing her son to do a lot of good for a lot of folks.

lol

Gallinari sends a Congrats tweet to the Lakers and the rumors start.

I heard he wants to go to a championship contender and would be willing to sign for the MLE...rumors. That puts a lot of teams into play and I'm not sure he would want to go back to the Clippers. Warriors, Nuggets or Lakers...he would be a HUGE signing for the Lakers imo

For Hurricane and Pacers fans. You are not likely to improve much after getting swept by the Heat. I'm sorry.

"After using their cap room last summer to sign or acquire multiyear, eight-figure contracts for Malcolm Brogdon, T.J. Warren, and Jeremy Lamb, the Pacers will have no space available this offseason.

With nearly $123MM in guaranteed money committed to 11 players so far, Indiana may not be in position to use its full mid-level exception without going into tax territory. The club is more likely to make use of the taxpayer mid-level exception ($5.72MM)."

Another guy everyone forgets about and for good reason....injuries. Demarcus Cousins...he could return to the Lakers. I heard he looks great in workouts, just will get another short-term, low dollar prove it deal. I could see him considering Miami too.

That would be a terrific addition for the Lakers.

Perfect I might even say.

I agree and I expect that the Lakers will probably try to sign him. I just don't buy that his tweets mean what the article is trying to imply.

Damn forgot about Boogie. Just fuckin' great! If he's healthy I'm sure he can help the Purple 'n Gold out. And I don't want that. It's bad enough they just won it all and are favored to win it all next season.

He's coming to Miami

You guys have plenty of shooters. You need to get some size and not "euro-size" either. Boogie would be just about perfect if you can keep him healthy and get him to buy in.

I could see the Lakers trying to bring him back. Especially if Dwight and/or Javale decide to go elsewhere. But if I'm the Heat...I'm at least kicking the tires on him.

Assuming Boogie's not too limited after this latest injury he could definitely help a number of teams out. He's only 29. Seems like he's been around for 15+ years. But he'd be a good fit in Miami. Strengthen the frontline.

Yeah, imo, the main difference between the Heat and the Lakers was the Lakers size. Like I said during and after the series. The Lakers size just wore them down. By game 6, they had nothing left in the tank. I don't think Dragic all series being available would have helped that much because of that.

But, someone like Boogie, definitely could have helped.

I think having your leading scorer in the playoffs available and healthy would have helped and I think most would agree with me. Lakers size wasn't much of a factor. The only true big they played frequently was AD. Dwight was a non factor and i don't remember Mcgee playing any important minutes.
