Maybe Lou will follow his buddy Harrell and walk across the hall and return to the Lakers like a few other players such Matthews and Gasol. I know, the Lakers can't afford him but it is always fun to wish even though the Lakers really don't need anymore.

Well the Lakers tried but the NBA is still pissing in Lakers' Wheaties that began with the denied CP3 trade way back when. Now they are denying the Lakers proposal to have Luo Dang's salary discredited towards the salary cap for the next two years. That idiot short Buss should have never been allowed to be near ANY FO or ownership role(s) because of things like this. What a complete dumbass unlike his total opposite sister.

Why do the Lakers deserve to be granted that exception?

They signed that horrible contract, then they bought him out and stretched it.

They should still have it count against their cap because that is how the rules work.

Any move for a big star they would have to use all their depth to make the trade if they plan on keeping PG. yeah I heard a lot of rumblings too...not sure what to believe
not sure I'd buy anything...pretty clear the big moves that go down are usually the ones we don't see coming.

He was hurt which everyone knew about. He was in a bubble with no fans. GTFOH with the stage too bright BS

Remember when you said Jamal Murray should only be a teams third option? Now talk about BS.

And what's wrong with shopping Kemba? He played like shit in the playoffs. If that stage is too bright for him get him outta Boston.

yeah the leader of the greatest tournament team In ncaa history (undefeated in Elimation games Winning 3 tournaments in one season, including an unprecedented 5 in 5 days in the toughest conference in the country) had a stage too bright for him...

Yeah I was incorrect in saying that.

he was a little banged up. Played poorly. Definitely a factor in the meltdowns against Miami. They still outplayed Miami for 3/4 of that series. Much of it without Hayward. Adding TT for bam should help. But right now they are relying on Edwards Romeo and Nesmith to be able to shoot and contribute now.

I was just disappointed in his play. And honestly didn't take into consideration he was banged up.

Yeah, Kemba is known for being a clutch player.

He just had a bad post season. Even then, I recall him hitting a couple huge shots after being off most of the game.

Whiteside will be just 32 next off season....he can still get a nice payday before he retires. Especially, with more teams with cap space.
the Kings had cap space- and plenty of teams still had their MLE.

no one wanted him. He took the minimum to go to a bad team.

part of the issue is that hte center position is so de-valued. ESPECIALLY bigs that cant move and cant guard the pick and roll.

I did not love the Wiseman at #2 pick since i just dont think centers carry that much value- but i was fine with it since Ball was not a good fit and there really was not a guy after that jumped off the page.

I actually think Okoro would have been an interesting pickup for the Warriors- a great team guy, defensive minded wing that if he develops his jump shot can be a star.

but- i think the wiseman pick is fine- it made sense to a certain extent based on his athleticism and upside- but i just dont like taking a center that high unless he is an impeccable prospect.
