id rather have a fat ass that can play then a guy who looks like an adonis with a 10 cent head that has not clue what he is doing.

There's a difference between getting the job done and excelling. Jokic is in the prime of his career. He just signed a massive extension. He's on a team that's going to be competing for a championship in a wide open year. Talent/Skillset wise he's probably top 5 in the entire league. And he comes in super out of shape.

I mean you can do the comparisons all you want, but that's gotta be incredibly troubling if you're the Nuggets organization.

i think, sitting here on October 2nd, "incredibly troubling" is a little much.

i might say its something to monitor, but "incredibly troubling" seems a little dramatic on October 2nd.

Yes, my opinion, but to me a blowout or for sure a steamrolling is start to finish. For sure not tied or a 1-score game in the 4th.

I dunno man. I think you might be reacting a bit differently if this was Cleveland's cornerstone player whom they just gave a massive extension to. Let's say Collin Sexton develops into that player for you. You give him a max extension and he shows up to his first training camp 30 pounds overweight.

If D'Lo came into Warriors camp right now and was out of shape, I'd be incredibly pissed and troubled.
