On a different topic just for a second.

Did anyone else enjoy the utter look of misery on the meeeechegan players faces in the 9th inning last night? It was priceless.

Glad Vandy won the CWS & not those assholes in ann arbor.

All in all it is great for the Lakers.

But there is a reason Pelinka has been criticized and he deserves it. He has made more bad moves than good.

What bad moves has he made? Since Magic left and Pelinka has been GM, we have seen the Lakers trade for AD and now create the very cap space that just a couple of days ago, most were saying they couldn't.

Everyone wants to give Magic credit for Lebron and blame Pelinka for the rest of the roster. Perhaps that was all Magic and part of the reported issues between them was Magic not letting Pelinka actually be a general manager.

Magic may very well have done the same shit to Pelinka that Short Buss did to Mitch Kupchak.

My favorite Pelinka story is this one. He was telling the team a story however many years ago about Kobe having lunch w/ Heath Ledger. Only one problem. When this fake lunch supposedly happen Ledger had already OD'd. Pelinka- bullshitter extraordinaire.

So you are giving him zero blame for everything that happened before with last year’s roster? All the stories of extreme dysfunction in the Laker FO?

Look, they can still make this work.

But if they were any other franchise than the LA Lakers, they would not have either LeBron or AD. Because they have not been run very well since Pelinka was hired. And yet, they may still end up with a contending caliber roster anyway.
