Everyone wants to be first.
If wrong, so what? Or blame the ‘ source’.
Exactly...throw in words like anonymous source, I'm hearing, might be leaning and you can pat yourself on back if right and covered if wrong.

Worthy came from a pick from the Cavs (Cavs got Jerome Whitehead). One of the many deals Cavs made that led to The Stepien Rule.

Magic came from one of the draft picks the Lakers got when the New Orleans Jazz signed Gail Goodrich and the Lakers got 3 draft picks as compensation, one of which was their 1979 first rounder.

dunno about Windbag...

now if I hear it from Woj...
Serious question....has woj ever had a bigtime scoop no one else had? Not saying reported a deal after it was done, but a story like Steven A being the only one who had Bosh/Lebron to Heat or Chris Sheridan doubling down on Lebron back to Cavs well before announcement. saying he's 100% sure.

I think the Lakers might try for Dragic if they don't get Khawi, but I don't think we'll find out.
that would actually make sense as he is expiring and would be a decent fit if he could stay healthy. That would be a LOT of age and health risk on the Lakers that is for sure between dragic, davis and lebron

What is Chris Sheridan saying? That's who we need to follow, everytime that guy says he is 100% sure it seems like he is on the money.
haha...just mentioned him. He did say 100% sure Lebron was coming back. Pretty sure he said the same about LA.

I don't think they have to, but have to say - especially with hindsight - I would think they'd have been better off bottoming out the last 2-3 seasons as opposed to being a middling team where best case scenario is a 6 seed.
ding ding ding!!!!

Dragic has been pretty healthy except for whatever happened last season.
By seasons end, he was fine.

I know LeBron handles the ball, but if he wanted/needed to preserve energy he knows he could trust Dragic.

It would be interesting to see how many rest games would be on schedule for all 3 of them.
Who knows how the roster would be filled out, but if one of those 3 are out, wins would be much more difficult vs good teams.

From what has been said, the Lakers would want to have all 3 of them playing together for the first 10 or so games.

Then they would start rotating their "load management" games so that 2 of the 3 are always playing. It would mean about 22 load management games for each.
