The Middle of Everywhere: NWI
Barring a significant choke job by the Sixers (who have one of the easiest remaining schedules), this is going to be the 4/5 matchup in the eastern conference. It's only a matter of which team has home court advantage.
Props to Tyreke Evans for nearly bringing us back from down 17 last night against the Clippers, but at the end of the day we just didn't have the guns to go to with our entire starting backcourt being out.
From a fan's perspective, beating the Celtics without Oladipo seems like a longshot. Obviously it would have been a much more competitive series with him. That said, I think if we could take a game or two from them that it would ultimately be considered a successful season for us.
And mad props to Marcus Smart for throwing down that self-entitled and self-absorbed flop artist tonight. Looking forward to seeing you guys in the playoffs...
