Ya the first thing I thought after posting this was that Walker was a Jack guy not a DIPoto guy. Too bad because definitely worth a flyer.

Lot of speculation if he is or not.

Funny, looking at all these non-tenders you could actually make a case that you could build a better team with just non-tenders than the Mariners roster of last year and most likely this year. So lucky they expand the roster to 26 players this year, that means we can add another low hitting utility infielder who we can turn loose in the outfield as well.

Am I the only one disappointed they non-tendered Domingo Santana? I know he had his defensive limitations and struck out an insane amount, but I think he would be a better option at DH than Daniel Vogelbach or at least could platoon with him. Kind of surprised that there was apparently no trade interest. His offensive performance took a hit when he was playing hurt, but before that he was hitting extremely well.
