I think the mariners could do...much better than this...
May as well..keep him..
For that ..haul..

If i am giving away..primo..
I want primo
In return..
Or
At least somthing that is needed.
Haniger is middle of the order starting ..staring....rf..
And
Really dont want to trade him
At least until
Rodriguez gets close

I agree. I think we'll maximize our return if we wait until either midseason 2020 when Haniger (hopefully) returns to form or the next offseason.

Hmmmm kinda interesting

White’s agent is a genius. Or I guess Jerry can see into the future and White is the next insert your HOF caliber 1B.

But moves like this brings hope their won’t be a strike looming.

Unlike..fansides..and lookout landing
Dipoto..is looking for a deal he cant refuse on haniger (selling..sky high)..setting the stage..for hanigers worth..
(He really does not want to trade him)
He does not want an extention
Cuz he wants to hit free agentsy
And cash in..cant blame him really..aside from haniger

Other possible trades
Dee gordan..keeping dee around
Would not be a bad idea..13 mil
Is not that much..someone could want him at playoff time
Either way though

Domingo santana..the most likly
To be traded..if he got his ave up
Around 270..i could see it
But at 250..not selling high here

Voggy ...voggys value..is not high..
although he hit 30 hrs
His ave..is way low
Really unlike voggy
He useually hits around 270..to 300
He may have to get used to mlb pitching..could take most of this
Next year..for him to do that

A good thing about voggy
He leaves the bat in the zone
A really long time...he is going
To hit better..im just waiting..

I think overall it's a good deal because if even if Evan White turns out to be merely average, we'd only be paying him $4m a year until he's 30. It's a gamble for sure, but one that I think could work out in our favor.

For sure it’s a gamble. If he turns out like Danny Hultzen or DJ Petersen then Jerry is gone either way I guess so he might as well.

Kind of interesting considering how well Narvaez performed offensively. They must be pretty convinced that Tom Murphy is the real deal and that Cal Raleigh will continue to develop. I just hope if/when they trade him, they get something substantial in return because despite Narvaez's defensive struggles he's a proven commodity at the plate.

Yeah for every mistake he might make he makes up for it with his at bats!

I think captain Dip is starting to feel the heat on his theory of this youth movement hitting the field

Makes sense to me. Nice to have a good hitting catcher but its a defense first position. Narvaez I dont think will ever be an everyday catcher because of his defense so if they can sell high on him they really should.

These kind of pieces just make me chuckle. So teams like the M's, Orioles and Tigers are supposed to spend and overpay for mediocre players and pretend to compete with the Yankees and Astros. Please this is how the system is set up, blame the league not the teams

Well we knew they were going to get warm bodies into the starting rotation some how lets see if they can find some wins out of these two pitchers.

I'm inclined to agree with you on this one. I wouldn't rush to move Narvaez because I think a team will look past his struggles on defense and fall in love with what he brings at the plate. He's the type of player I think we could really rip another team off of for, but I could be wrong since we obtained him for a reliever.
