I'm going with D even though I hate Melo.

Group B.

Cap kills KG.

Kobe kills Westbrook.

Cap, Lebron and Kobe beat everyone else 3 on 5.

Welp, just read that the Lakers-spurs Kwahi trade talks have open up again. I guess my Sixers are out of it now. What, u mean to tell me that Dario, Covington, fultz and a 2021 1st round pick isn't getting that deal done.

Why do you think the Lakers-Spurs are even close to a deal?

In other news, here's offseason Jayson Tatum:

I always find videos like these to be really funny.

People don't understand that 18 in a row unguarded is no big deal for these guys. A high quality NBA shooter should have a couple stretches like that within any shooting workout they do.

IMO, this is how a team's descent into cap hell begins. At least other teams can only offer 4/100, so they don't have to go 5/148.

You are correct.

But even 4/100 is a lot of money.

D, A, C, B...

Westbrook and Prime Kobe would kill eachother.

Ditto for KAJ and Garnett.

The Capt. would not be able to deal with his level of foolishness, and I say that as a Big Ticket fan.

Ps. Wrap your head around the fact that Steph Curry would be in the Steve Kerr, Paxson role, Davis would be Grant/Rodman.

Why the hell is Carmelo in this?

Sub him for Larry Legend and you would have a damn near unbeatable team.

I dunno, it just seems like the Lakers have more to offer. I do think the Sixers have players that better fit the spurs system

Not sure why you guys are trying to kill off KG.

I understand his personality was a bit much, but IMO he is the ideal PF fitting in any era. Great defender, unselfish offensively and a hell of a competitor. I will take KG on my team any tiMe.

Well it all depends on what both teams offer and what the Spurs find valuable.

Ingram is probably a better option than anything the Sixers are likely to offer. However the Spurs appear to have no interest in Ball and Kuzma is a decent but limited player.

Dario Saric is a versatile big. Covington is a lock down defender. I realize that a lot of folks have written off Fultz but there is zero chance that either the Sixers or the Spurs have done that. And the Heat pick has a great chance of being a very high pick in a very strong draft. They could also toss in Zhaire Smith.

That is a lot of assets to get, if the Sixers are willing to offer that deal. I honestly would be surprised if the Sixers were willing to offer that much.

I don’t see it that way but maybe the Spurs do.

This whole Kawhi situation has me down on him. Even if the 76ers get him, i don’t like how everything went down.

I agree. That is a heck of a package. Would be too much, IMO, unless Kawhi agreed to an extension.

And that's what this is all about. What are teams ACTUALLY WILLING to give up to get Kawhi? None of really know. For all we know the Sixers aren't willing to part with Dario or their draft and the Lakers aren't willing to trade Ingram.

I remember when people were talking about the PG trade scenarios everyone expected the Pacers haul to be much bigger than it was, although it turned out to be pretty darn good. Kawhi is a bigger fish so that changes things but we have no idea what teams will offer or what the Spurs really want.

I hesitate to say “way too much” but I think it would be way too much for the 76ers to give up for Kawhi.

That stance changes if an extension is agreed upon. But even with an extension, I think it’s probably too much. It’s hard to justify giving up Dario AND Fultz AND that Miami pick. But really, I would mostly object to Dario’s inclusion in the trade.
