Seriously though. Hoffman is super talented but doesn't seem to be an impact player (in terms of winning or pleasing teams/coaches/players).

The Pens (and any contender tight to the cap) should be all over Ryan Dzingel right now. Makes $1.8M this year and on pace for 30+ goals and 60+ points.
