Because its one of the weirdest contract situations that we can recall in recent memory.

He had almost zero leverage. He was an RFA coming off a down year AND an injury. He got offered a contract by the Warriors ABOVE the minimum and still refused to sign. He went against his agents advice and held out nearly 3 months of the season.

Just weird.

I just want the Kings to make it, and playing Denver would be better than the Warriors or either LA team.

Bagley is at least 2 weeks away from returning, that really sucks. They're 4-3 since he went down(not including the Warriors game he was hurt in) but need his energy/rebounding/scoring.

And your point? He wasnt a rotational player on GS. If he isnt a rotational player on the Cavs that will be sad, especially with their injuries
