Wiggins and Teague for Irving and Shump. The money adds up and Kyrie heads out West to a team he wanted to go too.

The Cavs might also improve with this trade depending on how good Wiggins is with the new scenery

Tough call.

He can be an ass. But, if you want him on the roster you have to take the good with the bad. It is a necessary evil of doing business with LeBron.

shoulda stopped at "he CAN be an ass"...:heh:

and it ain't like he's been on a buncha teams. just Miami(who wouldn't let him get away with his bullshit), and Cleveland(who clearly will)...

Great read, and I totally agree and have agreed.
I've said all along that I was tired of his annual drama and wasn't upset when he left.
Maybe others here who called bullshit will now be able to better understand.
@WiggyRuss feels that no matter what the distractions are, it's worth it.
My guess is if you have that mindset then you are just a fan of winning vs being a fan of the team and living through the ups and downs.

Reading David Hyde's piece, I forgot how Lebron would try to implant his own rules. I could see why Kyrie's going to a different team and I see him in a new light. Especially considering he's trying to go to the Spurs where he's not going to be able to go ISO ball the whole time and just put up stats; it seems he wants to play in a professional environment and have a team that enforces its rules across the board.

Can't happen until December (Teague).

Good point.

Still might be the best realistic package I have heard so far. Teague and Rose could play together some too. I don't think this deal would necessarily make Cleveland better unless Wiggins makes a huge leap, but it would be about 95 cents on the dollar.

This is why the Pacers were incredibly stupid and short sighted rushing into a George trade. If he were still on their roster, they could have had Kyrie straight up.
