i bet if Caleb Swanigan came into the league 15 years ago, he would have been a top 10 pick (maybe top5).

Also, Donovan Mitchell is outstanding.

That puts a serious damper on watching the rest of the Lakers' summer league games, but playing it safe makes some sense. Still, it was like a 5 minute injury.

Truthfully though, there isn't anything more Ingram has to prove in summer league. He was dominant last night. He will go into the year with a ton of confidence.

Now, it is all about Lonzo Ball. He is by far the most intriguing player in summer league action.

Ingram played the entire regular season, so while working with Ball would have really been beneficial to the Lakers regular season - getting ready for the season rest wise and working out has top priority

I think that Lonzo will gradually take over now - Lavar said that he was going to back off and left Magic and Luke take over and that he's done everything he can. It's not easy for a parent to quit taking care of their child when they have been like a mother bear.

If he could start shutting the fuck up now, that would be good.

All this screams to me is you're a bitch. Fuck out of here that you're studying for the biggest test of your life.

Had the Cavs won, you'd be on here gloating - instead they got embarrassed. For someone who's studying, you sure checked up on these threads often.

As far as the Heat goes, we'll be fine. By the looks of it, your title chances are already over when Lebron leaves next year.

Given the fact that the Cavs have no way to improve themselves, at least not enough to make difference vs. GSW, their title chances are over whether Lebron leaves or not.

Who knew that when Lebron said "not 5, not 6, not 7" he was actually talking about finals losses? :noidea:

Lonzo is looking great so far tonight. Game 1 is already a distant memory.

He said he was going to - I'm still waiting and hoping he does:hope:, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Personally I think Lonzo has a horrible shot for an NBA player and I think it's going to take a considerable amount of work and training with the coaches to help him redevelop his shooting skills, but his passing, and distribution skills, and rebounding look like they will be pretty good with a little bit of work. I didn't expect instant perfection
