That obviously wouldn't kill GS, but it would hurt. Their ability to stay dominate over the next few years depends on guys like Iggy taking less money and being willing to take on lesser roles because of how great their locker room is. If Iggy leaves, others will be tempted too, because he is a core piece of their team culture.
