I'm not sure. I've always thought he was damn good but I HATED him in Philly. He quickly went from my least favorite player to one of my favorites as soon as I realized how fun he was to root for. I definitely always thought he was really good but I'm not sure if I've gotten more bullish on that recently (although that may be justified by watching him play more regularly and reading more analysis about him).

As a Cowboys fan, I've always hated him..but for his first 4 years or so, I made a strong effort to have him on any fantasy teams, especially my money league that gives out the huge bonuses for big plays, so I've been conflicted on him for a long time. However, I'll never forgive him for this, even though it was against my boys, it cost me a very pretty penny that year...

Yea that was bad - but hey I didn't say he was the smartest player! He's had some real lows (this) and highs (that punt return against new York).

Looks like the only place they take any real measurements of velocity is the combine..and according to USA TODAY, 60MPH is roughly the equivalent of a pitcher who can top 100.

And of course many QB's have declined to throw at the combine
