Really doesn’t matter, got to beat them all anyway. Right now slipping to the 7 doesn’t seem like the worst thing, and if they keep relying on Melo it may happen.

This seems like a bizzaro world statement. But, if I'm the Thunder, I'd rather draw the Warriors.

For Cook to be eligible for the postseason, the Warriors must pull him off his two-way deal and sign him to a standard NBA contract by April 11. The playoff roster must be submitted to the league by noon on April 13.

Boucher is a two way player. No need to cut him. 2 way players aren't considered part of the 15 man roster, which is why they'd need to cut someone to make room for Cook.

No way the Warriors are cutting any of their main rotation guys. McCaw is going to be a RFA I believe and Looney is too valuable right now to cut even though he's likely going elsewhere next year because of a CBA thing (Carlos Boozer rule). And they're likely not going to cut Damian Jones who's still on a guaranteed contract.

Casspi is likely the odd man out.

That's so sad. For someone so young to go into cardiac arrest there had to be something wrong that maybe they didn't know about.

Hearing Curry's out for Round 1, that's bad news for the Warriors. They still got a good team but not having Curry's going to hurt that team IMO.

Could be tough, but not impossible for them to win without him during that round as long as KD, Klay & Dray are all back & healthy. I'm guessing the intent is to make sure Steph heals as much as possible - and missing the 1st round should be more than enough time for that.
