When the SPURS lose, they usually get blown out.

It is quirky thing for Popovich, and it drives me crazy....but he just lets this team take beatdowns rather than try and force comeback.

Pop usually oncedes by the 2nd quarter to save aging legs for the next game if it looks like its not going to happen.

He is a stubborn old coot, and it probably pisses off the league, but he aint changing it..
As a fan, it drives me nuts. I cannot imagine how the players feel about the tactic.

No good team has as many total smackdowns like the Spurs do in the last two decades.

We've all at different times have told you we don't feel sorry for you, Horns. Since '99, your team's been to 6 Finals and won 5 of them. Your team consistently wins 50+ games per season. On top of that since '99, I believe your team has had a losing record for a combined 40 something days, while the next team was in the 700's.

It's sports, sometimes your team has an off night and Pop knows that. You're not going to go 82-0, or for that matter, every game be competitive - you'll experience some games where you just throw away the tape.
