It came out at a time where I was disgusted with DC Movies and was just a lighthearted, fun Super Hero flick with no darkness.

Remember, it was sandwiched between Man of Steel, Batman vs. Superman , Suicide Squad....

The latter two being complete shitshows.

So, I might be grading it on the curve.

But, I really enjoyed it.

Ant-Man gets props in my book for two reasons :
1. anti-hero
2. heist movie

Folks can agree/disagree, but this wasn't a story about some naive kid that wandered into their powers. This was about a criminal and redemption. And who doesn't love a good heist movie. Not sure if it's top 3 for me, but I did find the movie very entertaining.
