If the Nets pick is top 3, I will quit the prediction business.....

Currently #7, but only 1 game out of #1. The bottom 7 or 8 teams are all clumped together.

What do you think about Doncic?

I want Ayton or Bagley if we get lucky.

I just can't with Porter after all the injuries with the Clippers every year.

Porter could be back practicing soon, may get in some games at the end of the season here.

I guess we're in disagreement. Shaking things up from time-to-time is not a bad thing. As Kerr mentioned after the game, this is their team (the players). Coaches just nudge them in the right direction. I personally didn't have any problem with the players drawing up plays.

Did Kerr give up his game check?

I didn't think it was that disrespectful at all. That's how certain coaches are.

We saw Wade and some other guys in Miami once in a while take over a huddle.

With the way the Warriors looked for the last couple of weeks, I don't fault Kerr for changing it up a little.

In the end, it was up to Phoenix to do something about it - they didn't.

Taking over a huddle during a timeout is one thing....to do it for an entire game is another thing

I thought it was foul.

But, not over the line disrespectful.

It's kinda like teams who run up the score.

Yeah, it looks distasteful.

But, if you are upset, how's about you do something to change it?

Last I checked Warren, Jackson had missed 2/3 of their 18 shots apiece.

When Elfrid Payton is your only bright light on OFFENSE, is it any wonder you lose by 50?

That game was the epitome of coming to a gun fight with plastic spoons.

Foles called what I think was the deciding play in the Super bowl.

* trick play *

I'm sure it happens all the time across many sports.

But, the optics looked bad because of the teams in question, the score.

Although true. They did this in the first half when the game was still in "question". Again, I grew up watching the 80's Hurricanes at a very young age during the Jimmy Johnson era. So in my view, if team A is doing something disrespectful to team B, then team B should do something about it. I guess that's why I don't really have a problem with it. As a fan, I'd be more pissed off with my team for allowing that to happen to them. Not with the team that was doing it.

The Jazz are doing alright without Gordy......not a great team, but a solid TEAM.
Donovan Mitchell is a savage.

Did most of that 4th quarter damage with Gobert on the bench.

Ingles, Favors and Mitchell went HAM.

Agree.

It's not the Warriors fault the Suns field a joke of a roster.

But, again....it's the optics.

It looked like the basketball equivalent of Mike Tyson vs. Trevor Berbick.

This is a media driven story.

I didn't even notice, mostly because I stopped actively watching by the 2nd quarter, until they kept focusing on it.

In fairness, the game stopped being interesting. So, they had to talk about something.

The Lakers sent 2 young guys to the Cavs, to destroy the Celtics and ruin Paul Pierce's Jersey retirement. Now, that is a rivalry.

Ok, have a great day!

Wow such a disrespectful thing for the Warriors to do. Having their players coach the game against the suns is the ultimate sign of disrespect.

Hope Kerr know he won't always have a championship caliber team.

What goes around comes around .

Wow. Yeah, that's some bullshit right there. It's like running up the score on someone/shooting 3's in a blowout.

That kind of stuff tends to get remembered and paid back in full.

Gotta agree with bks on this. Doing it from time to time...no problem. Heck, I remember Phil used to sometimes stand back from the huddle and let the players work things out and even let Kobe draw up a play a time or 2.

But the whole game? That can be taken as "We're so much better than you, we don't even need our coach."

I'm sure that wasn't Kerr's intent. But it can still be taken that way.

Like I said, that's a fair argument.

But again, if you're (the Suns) are so offended by it, then do something about it.

Yep and the shitty part is he did it against such a bad team who they would have beat by 30+ points with or without Kerr coaching. I would have a little more respect if he did it against a bad team where the coaching was necessary....like tomorrow night in Portland.

I could have "coached" the Dubs to a win against a bad Suns team with no Booker available.

Well, once the Suns have loaded up on high 1st round picks, they'll get their revenge in year 2026 when Durant and Curry are probably retired.

Yep this was exactly how I took it. You're a shit team....so bad that I'll give all my coaches the night off. Disrespectful.

Generally speaking, I tend to agree. But I think that, even in professional sports, you have to look at the difference in where the teams are.

The Warriors are the defensing champs and the best team in the league. The Suns are in a full rebuild. It'd be one thing if the Warriors only played their starters a short while and emptied their bench. But the players coaching? I can't really get with that.

They don't have the roster to do something about it.

It's like when Alabama blew the doors off of my Trojans leaving their starters in for most of the game. I had no issue with that game because USC (theoretically) had the athletes to do something about it. But, Alabama doing the same thing to say...Coastal Carolina...that's not a fair fight.

The Suns simply don't have the roster to do much about the Warriors laying a beatdown on them. I just don't see the point of rubbing it in.
