Lebron the Goat at using the media to his advantage.

Hates teammates and can see declining energy from team.
Decides to mail it in for a few weeks. Cavs losing.
Leaks he’s going to leave for the Warriors.
Half the team is traded.
Lebron “revitalized” by the trade and now Cavs blow out the Celtics.

Genius.

He is back to being a 1st all NBA Defense in one game. Who would have thought a couple trades would have done that. Didn’t think he was putting in the effort with those old teammates, anyone who watched knew. Well like you said, could have been his genius ploy to revamp this Cavs team. Koby and Dan did a great job, still not sure how they pulled off that 3 teamer with Utah/Sac.

Umm no, sorry but he just isn’t that smart.

A couple of Sushi’s points did happen. You could tell he was disgusted with this team, the effort was not there, not even close to being 100%. Why try when your teammates aren’t? He had a good 2 week break lol.

I don’t think anyone in their right mind thought the Cavs could pull off trades like that and somehow be a step ahead of where they were. Could be the best trade deadline by a team ever when it’s all said and done, we will see though. It’s one game

Yep, I said the same a week ago.

Donavan Mitchell is unreal.

Seriously, I know it hurt them to lose Hayward.

But, this kid is a freaking revelation.

Not sure he would have gotten this much time to develop had they had a healthy Hayward, Hood, Burke, Johnson and Gobert.

Along with Kawhi and Blake, he's my most favorite player to watch.

It's frustrating to see what looks like another missed opportunity in the draft with Mitchell, hoping Giles can get back to near 100% and be the guy people thought he could be coming out of HS. Jackson has the chance to be a solid role player but doubt he'll ever be a top 2 or 3 option. The SG spot was blocked off by Buddy and Bogdan but it looks like Mitchell has a higher ceiling than either.

Yanno, maybe that worked out for the better with the Cavs...because I don't know if Jordan gets them over the hump against GS, and he's a free agent this year, so who knows if he leaves. They probably would of given the Brooklyn pick in that deal too

It's nice to see that D. Wade will finish his career where it started. He looked very weird wearing a Bulls then Cavs uniform. About 3 or 4 years ago I thought he was going to be 1 of the last 1st ballot HOFers to spend his career w/ 1 franchise.

Yeah true. At most, maybe they win a game but I see both getting swept.
