Cubans gonna offer Whiteside a max on
July 1.
Gonna be interesting to see how Heat respond.

Going to be interesting how Whiteside responds as well. He may be one of those guys who take the first deal he gets

They should not. The Warriors offense is predicated on players being able to hit their shots and for just about everyone to be able to shoot the 3. Barnes had many wide looks due to the ball movement, and he failed to hit those shots. Turner shot an abysmal 24% from 3 last year and would take away from what the Warriors excel at. With Barnes, teams knew he could hit the 3, but he just couldn't hit his shot. Barnes is also going after the max and he's not worth it from the Warriors perspective. Turner is not a good substitute.

Batum all day in for Barnes

Ah gotcha lol. What are the heats plans?

I have no idea. Would assume that first order of the business is to sign Whiteside then go from there. If he chooses to go elsewhere, I'm sure they have a Plan B

Maybe, But you can't leave him open like you can with bogut or ezeli

Nope but one of his biggest weaknesses is his pick and roll defense. He's not bad man to man but pick and roll defense isn't his strength.
