Eddie Robinson, Grambling coach, coached until he was 78 or so. Bobby Bowden coached until he was 80. How old was Paterno, besides old. After looking at that, I would say at age 75 a WINNING head coach should hang up the cleats. Bill Snyder will be 76 this year.

Luckily, when I used to wear it to Wisconsin, it was before Nebraska was in the Big Ten, otherwise I would be have been getting a TON of shit from those Badger fans. Actually, most of them assumed I was wearing Wisconsin colors until they were able to read the lettering.

Kevin Steele's a great recruiter but not a good DC, his stints as DC at Clemson were dreadful even with all that talent. Banker is much more respected as a coach in the college realm than Steele. If he can get some stud recruiters (and it seems like Bray could be that guy) he has much more upside as a DC than Steele.
