Most of those guys are ILBs anyway... I think it's more likely you see Myles Farmer or Javin Wright slide into an OLB role, and I don't think that would be the worst thing in the world either.

Also, I've been checking around and, barring a big surprise, the story lines to watch tomorrow are these:

1. Demariyon Houston committing at 10am at his school (this one should go Nebraska's way).
2. Does Desmond Bland sign? Signs had been pointing to no, but it seems he might be getting his academic situation in order for the summer and we could still send him an NLI. No coaches have visited him this entire time, but the misses over the past two weeks may have opened the door to give him a chance. If he doesn't come in the summer, Nebraska could still take a transfer.
3. John Bivens - where does he end up? I'm hearing two different possibilities, a grey shirt (not likely) or JUCO. I think Nebraska will push him to Iowa Western or a JUCO in Kansas. If he proves his knees are good and his academics are in order after a few years I could see Nebraska doubling back to him.

Besides those three I don't expect any surprises... unless Eugene Asante secretly visited and pulls a stunner, but that would be pretty phenomenal and unlikely. Gonna guess Nebraska ends with Houston and doesn't end up signing Bland. That will put them at 85 scholarships and they can peruse the transfer market this spring and bring in up to 3 grad transfers if they'd like.

Finally, later today I plan on releasing my first big board for the 2020 class. I'm going to release a Top 20 Targets for the 2020 class format instead of going by position. So some names will be left off and it's obviously in its very initial stages.

Really a solid class though considering 4-8 two years in a row. Normally with Bo and Mike we’re struggling/scrambling to fill 10 voids at this point. We missed out on a few guys buy I’m pretty happy with the kids we brought in. Go Big fuckin Red!

Getting to announcement time for Houston, the one big thing for the day... Doesn't look like Bland got an NLI sent his way at this point.

So, obviously that's a wrap on things for the 2019 class... however, there is some interesting chatter about Bland maybe coming in in the summer. However, in order to do that he would not be allowed to sign, he would simply enroll in the summer. I doubt that happens, but I am leaving him in the commit list for the time being.

I haven't posted final rankings yet because Puka Nacua could decommit from USC at some point and commit to Washington (or some place else) and that would move us up in the rankings. I thought that would happen today, but it hasn't so I'm going to post the current rankings and then change them if/when that happens and bump the thread.

AS expected USC lost Puka Nacua (will be going to Washington or Oregon instead) so Nebraska moved up one spot in the 247Sports Composite rankings.
