Looks like Mayo to WVU, Starks to Louisville and Jordan to TCU

Jordan committed to TCU just now, this is more of a miss than Njoku was. We'd definitely moved on to Houston from Njoku, we wanted Jordan but TCU out recruited us for him.

TCU was on him a lot earlier and was able to form a bond with his parents. Nebraska did well to get in and be one of the final two.

Rats, he runs a 4.5 40 and is on the track team right now.

This 4-star LB committed to TCU on Monday. Why he’s a ‘perfect fit’ for Frogs’ defense

TCU, particularly defensive coordinator Chad Glasgow, did a fantastic job of building a relationship with Jordan and identifying him as a top target well before other programs entered the picture. That went a long way in Jordan’s decision making.

Best of luck to Dylan Jordan.

FWIW I think we're in great position with Houston and Parker at the moment. Looks like Matthew Pola-Mao might have issues qualifying so he is no longer in the table.

Coaches are out to see if they can get Eugene Asante to visit this weekend.

I’m not getting a good feeling with any of them, Parker is visiting KU this weekend. I feel like they’re scrambling right now. I’d rather they saved them for next year if Parker or Bivens doesn’t bite

right... Parker is visiting Kansas and Houston is supposed to be visiting Colorado. We'll see if either visit happens. Even if they do, I think Nebraska is in good position. Parker could be visiting Kansas as a favor to the dude who recruited him that moved there from Texas Tech. Personally, I think Texas Tech is the bigger threat for Parker's services than Kansas but i've been wrong before.

FYI... we have a BIG Junior Day coming up this weekend as well, part of me thinks we might not bring in any OVs (unless we get Eugene Asante to cancel his UNC visit and visit here) to focus on the Juniors coming in. I'll have a thread on it later in the week.

assuming rumors are true and Moos is gone this week. Will this have effect on bringing kids in?

No, from what I understand Matt Davison handles 95% of that stuff anyway. Don't think you'll see any drop off.

FYI... just got word that Houston is no longer visiting Colorado this weekend and that it doesn't look like he's set anything else up. Looks to be a Husker lean (maybe even a silent commit). If/when he commits i'll have a small anecdote for you all.

I read where one of his HS coaches is now on Miles staff, idk if that’s important or not continuity wise

Do you have any background on Houston so far as why the cold shoulder from the local schools? I get the shakes thinking about Jalin Barnett

Oklahoma got two 5-star receivers, OSU kicked the tires bit but they didn't like his lack of size. Nebraska likes the speed and thinks he'll get bigger with this six foot frame.
