his offer list will only grow and so will his rating.. he only played in 5 games as a junior so very limited film to go on, he's exploding right now though.

So, a possible change in decision may loom ahead.

i get a little tired of the rhetoric of the staff going after the low hanging fruit. i want to recruit the 5 star guys as bad as anyone, but i also know the home school is on that guy like stink on shit. the 5 star guy is also the guy who goes to camps and has amazing film in his first 3 years of HS. i have no problem with getting guys that aren't as highly recruited but are just now starting to reach their true potential as a senior. it will be more telling if the staff can keep the kid or others when bigger names come calling and you know they will when they try and fill their classes.

Corn Train, you had me worried when I saw the thread was updated.

Something positive, thank goodness.

Yep, was just coming to post about Thomas. I think Davis and Co are pretty satisfied with the RB room at this point and with Jordan Stevenson redshirting they might not even take a RB in this class, instead they're going to focus on OL, DL or WR.

Owens has gone absolutely quiet of late so it's hard to know what's going to happen with him. UCLA is pushing hard for him to stay committed but he has a really good relationship with coach Williams.

Heard anything about a potential Boise State RB flip? Can't remember his name.

I don't know about that. Grimm flipped from Boise to Nebraska a week ago. The only RB on their commit list currently is a 3-star by the name of Damerea Crocket... good player... but no Nebraska offer.

I remember that name. I'll try to figure out where I heard that. Might be worth keeping an eye on.

Thomas has been the only 'commit' that the coaches didn't have a heyday about on Twitter

I really wonder if he ever had a commitable offer

Well, the staff counts him has a commit... in recent interviews they were asked how many they had committed and they said 15.

Well all you have to do is go ice cold on a commit and they get the picture and bug out.

Best of luck to him. Everyone had a similar opinion about him.

We need difference makers, not warm bodies.

Speaking of 5 star or even 4 star players, is Adam Taylor an afterthought in Husker current and near future?

What happened? I know he was hurt last year, after this year does he have 1 or 2 two years left?

2013: Redshirt
2014: Redshirt Frosh (leg injury)
2015: Sophomore

They should put 10 lbs on him and move him to LB.
