Hey, Dingleberries - Cole Cassels and Sean Kuraly were also born in Columbus, and Connor Murphy has lived here since he was 4.

Leafs trade the #29 they just got for trading #24 to Columbus for two later.

What does Jarmo have up his sleeve?

Carlsson. I had heard they were high on him.

Well, for not having a pick in the 1st round, I certainly enjoyed the day's festivities...

Put this one In the time capsule

Konenecy will have a good career and the 2 plugs the Leafs draft will have trouble getting past the ECHL.

There's a lot left, they'll still get someone good with that first pick tomorrow. #61 and #68 to move down 10 spots is a pretty good return and exactly what this team needs to do to fill the system.

Kessel for 13, 14, 15, 45, and 52!

I wouldn't trade down in to the teens from a top 5 pick.
Apparently the value these teams put on those picks was equivalent to a franchise player's value. Learned a lot about the mindset of management tonight. Pretty cool to watch.

Zacha and Palmeri are both very solid additions, I'm happy with both. Hopefully our second rounder is more help up front and then I'm feeling much more confident about our future up front.

Fucking worth it. This is one hell of a pick up. May turn out to be the best personnel move the Sabres have made since Hasek.
I know he's good and all, but Zadorov is gonna be a stud on the blue line for a long time. I had hoped he and Risto would be anchoring the Sabres back end for the next 15 years.

It's a trade off you have to make. Hopefully one day they can get a similar return for Reinhart from a team with defensive depth but needing help up the middle.

There was no way Murray could pass up a 1-2 punch of Eichel and O'Reilly up the middle. That instantly makes Buffalo one of the toughest teams to come up against in the East.
