OT is just basically an automatic loss for us

What did they manage last night? I my attention was diverted during the first intermission. I think they only managed 4 shots in the first?

Yeah 4 or 5 shots in the first. I think 18 or 19 total through regulation.

We had 2 shots in the 1st before getting a PP without about 3 min left.

Getting a point wasn't bad. But how awful we are in OT is. We just don't have speed and skill guys meant for that.

Dubnyk practiced today and says he didn't feel 100 percent. So as a precaution, the Wild will not have him travel with the team this weekend. Hopefully he will be back at full strength soon...

Kuemper has played well when called upon. If we have to rely on him for an extended period again this year, hopefully we get the kid from 2 years ago.

That was one pretty goal by Spurgeon in the second period. The credit needs to go to Parise for being patient and making a perfect pass in front of the net. Wild have been outplaying the Coyotes the entire game. Half way through the 2nd period and the WILD are up 1 to 0...

Hopefully, his nose is clean... but I'm all for it. Especially if it brings Erin Andrews into town.

We needed a game where we just pound the opposition. With the way Doobs was rolling before being hurt and Keumper has filled in...if we get back to scoring 3 goals regularly. We won't lose many games. OT or not.

It's been a great streak of hockey lately. Strong goal tending and great scoring. 11 goals in 2 games is nice. Stoll was rather quiet but it was his first game.

It's hard not to watch the standings and think about getting fucked again.... Our division... It's gonna suck if we can't stay ahead of Chicago or Nashville, only to slide from 4th to 7th or 8th, when you got those teams out in the Pacific Division not doing anything noteworthy.
