You seem to be taking it personally that this guy is doing his job. And doing it well too; just like always.

Don't talk favorably of Boras.... The guy is an asshole, double crossing snake, and nobody in MLB looks forward to or enjoys negotiating with him.

At the end of the day it's all up to the player. Boras isn't manipulating them, he's just trying to get them what they want. So if Boras is greedy, so are the players.

Of course they are. I just heard Cano say in an interview that he took less money to play in Seattle. Then he said per year. He said it was more about the years than the money.

The years = more money. I hate when they try to justify what everyone knows. It's all about the money.

I'm very surprised ervin santana's name isn't being thrown around more by teams. A power throwing guy who doesnt get hurt and just turned 31 yesterday. Had a 3.21 ERA last year. Not a bad guy for the end of our rotation

That's why that greinke interview was so priceless. You gotta love the guy after that. He's just straight up honest in every interview. "I'd be lying if I said it wasn't cuz of the money. If the last place team offered me the most money I'd probably play for them."

I wonder if it has something to do with him having a good year then a bad year. Look at his ERA by year. It's crazy. Maybe everyone is nervous about him having another bad year.

Ya think? I'm messing with ya. I think we're on the same page really.

But let me ask, why is it greed? Hey, when you have applied for job opportunities, how much did you leave on the table? Seriously, I tried not too.

If I were Cano/Boras, $175 in NY or $240 in lovely Seattle, I'm in Seattle. How bout you?

I'd go to Seattle too, then again I'm not much of a fan of New York to begin with.

That and he's pretty home run prone.

Bullshit. This is no "mutual admiration club" but I gotta tip my hat to what he's been able to accomplish on behalf of his clients.

Keep in mind, there's no gun-to-the-head of his "clients" which makes them sign anything. You're letting the players off the hook IMO.

Infante to the royals....4 year deal. Good or bad for us?

Depends on if teams who need a 2B become desperate and trade for Brandon Phillips, then the Reds might have more money to sign Choo.

Gotta agree with you.

You and I seem to be somewhat on the same page for the most part.

Perhaps with the NOTEABLE exception of me thinking your Bears are gonna smear the Knights. And shame on you. hahha

This is what I brought up yesterday. I feel like Choo is waiting on the Reds.

Does Choo have any reason to want to go back to Cincy? I mean, did his family love it, his ties to any charity, etc? I guess I'm asking, is there and emotional attachment of which I'm unaware?

Thanks
