7 years, possibly north of $120 million, and we lose a draft pick...is Choo really worth this?? I hate being a party pooper here, but I'm really having my doubts...

Short term it would be worth it. Long term...doubtful, although he'll probably be pretty good thru the life of the deal unless he goes blind.

I think they think they can get choo, but they are unsure about cruz because of the dh thing. But I'm pretty sure STL is not a possible trade partner for us at this point. Tampa, both chicagos, maybe cleveland are more logical

I know Romeo doesn't like either but I wonder how much it will take to get samardzja or sale
