TR sullivan just said that rangers still not optomistic on choo. This tells me they think they can get him and they don't want that mystery team involved. Maybe I'm looking to much into it, but that statement is an extremely positive sign. Why else would that statement come RIGHT AFTER "Choo mulling ranger's offer?"

I bet one rangers guy saw that first tweet and was like oh shit and told him that they weren't optomistic
