Brewers are reportedly now in the market for a 1B after losing Hart. If we somehow land both Choo and Cruz, I wonder what they might give us for Moreland.

I also really like the idea of us signing Jamey Carroll as a utility infielder. He's as blah as it gets, but he's made a career out of being a tough out, drawing walks, and getting on base. Plus he's versatile in that he can play multiple positions fairly well.

Choo will most likely play LF- the spot is open and Martin is a better defender and better equipped for CF

He's probably about as bad as Choo is now, not really a good option

I don't know about how he will do as a player, but he had a lot of value in the trade market. He was a piece we could have used in a more high profile trade

Not really his struggles the last 2 years basically killed his value, we're lucky we got to use him to help acquire Garza

CJ Edwards is the piece you should be upset about long term

Olt is only 2 years younger than Longoria, think about it

I truly was upset to see CJ Edwards leave once he develops his secondary pitches I think he's a #2 type of pitcher.

You would have to be sure you had real CF. I doubt either of those guys could play that position well

I have a hard time believing we would move Martin, but who ever knows.
If we do sign Choo, Martin stays in CF, Choo in R, and Rios to left
that's my guess

Yeah I don't see Martin moving either- just responding to some speculation. The OF you suggested would be the most likely if we do indeed sign Choo
