The Bears are hardly inferior. They have a better offense and defense than Dallas. Expecting them to lose at home was quite foolish. Josh McCown sure isn't playing like a back up QB.

WS favorites with a near rookie at SS and who at 2nd base?

If Profar is what everyone seems to think he is, we'd be alright with him at SS. As for 2nd, yes it would be another talented rookie, but they could get by with just defense and not as much stick. If the Rangers stayed healthy, come playoff time, I would take my chances with a rotation of Yu, Price, Holland and Perez.

I do think the Bears were the inferior team and so did a lot of people and Vegas. Our defensive scheme was garbage. The offensive scheme is always garbage. The Eagles are going to be 2 games up going into that last week. This should finally get Garrett and his predictable offense out of here.

We wouldn't sniff the playoffs with Profar, Odor, Choice, EA, Martin, and Soto all in the line-up. You can't be serious.

The starters put up 21 Terps. Don't get to excited. Orton led them down the field in garbage time. How many catches did Dez have (2), Witten (0?), Miles (0?), The offense doesn't utilize it's weapons. We should be able to move the ball fairly easily through the air. Especially when we can run it like that.

BW Webb and Heath are garbage. Neither of them even made a play on the ball to Alshon at the end of the half. Now they've completely screwed with Wilcox's confidence and he's now worthless.

Witten caught a touchdown, but the passing game was horrible tonight for sure. 21 points on the road though in zero degree weather isn't awful. The defense is the weekly embarrassment. They are now dead last in the NFL and have allowed numerous personal and team records to be set against them. Rob Ryan was bad, but Monte Kiffin is a pathetic joke.

you have to have possessions when the other team never punts you don't get many possessions, they had to score every time they got the ball or they were gonna lose. A little much to ask of the offense. I know some guys are hurt defensively but Kiffin is a fucking joke, the Aggie defense may not be as bad as the Cowboys and they start like 10 freshman and suck ass.

I agree. The way I see it, so far this offseason we have stayed level to where we were last year. Oakland and Seattle have gotten better, and I dont know what the hell the angels and astros are doing

The Angels and Astros will get better also, they can't be much worse. JD and company have to do something or Rangers won't win 85 games or sniff the division. Tomorrow may be the day, lets hope something good happens

Just to give you even more evidence of what a laughable joke the Angels front office is, they are now focusing on acquiring Tyler Skaggs from Arizona for Mark Trumbo. Yes, the same Tyler Skaggs they traded away to Arizona in 2010 along with Joe Saunders and Patrick Corbin for Dan Haren. Assuming the trade does happen, the final trade ledger for those 2 teams reads:

DBacks- 2 years of Saunders, 2 years of Skaggs, Corbin, Trumbo

Angels- 2 years of Haren

They essentially gave away Patrick Corbin and Mark Trumbo for free. Imagine if they hadn't gutted their team of their youth and traded for and signed a bunch of overrated bums and rentals. Hell, allow them the CJ Wilson overspend even. Their team would be:

Weaver
Corbin
Wilson
Saunders
Skaggs

C- Napoli
1B- Trumbo
2B- Kendrick
SS- Segura
3B- ?????
LF- Trout
CF- Bourjos
RF- Hunter
DH- Calhoun

Not signing Pujols and Hamilton and not trading for Wells would have given them TONS of money to buy a top 3B, another top SP, maybe a reliever, AND retain Hunter and Napoli. That team would be AL West favorites.

Thank God Arte Moreno and Tony Reagins are/were greedy idiots.

JD said they won't trade for a good starting pitcher. So when he was talking to the rays a couple weeks ago, perhaps thats why they stopped. They just didn't fit. Maybe my friend was right about LJ or Perez. The rays wouldnt do the deal without one of them and JD thinks both of them are untouchable
