What I do know is that David Braley did step up and save the Argos (and injected many funds into the Ti-Cats) when nobody else stepped up to the plate. It could be a case that he's simply decided enough is enough and is turning off the taps.

i know hes not very charismatic when it comes to dealing with the media and public appearances in general but Braley looked very aged at the geroy simon retirement ceremony ... not sure who is truly running things there
