Again, the Celtics are rebuilding, not tanking!

Rebuilding involves using inexperienced players and that leads to results that may LOOK like tanking but are far from it!

If the Celtics actually were tanking they would have won less than 10 games so far this season. The 15 they gave won is not good, but it is NOT TANKING!

They traded a guy they din't think would ever be more than a benchie (if that) on a championship team for a guy who shows at least some potential for being more than that.

Generally speaking, a fast break is a basket scored before the team has time to set up their defense. Generally speaking though, fast breaks are scored within 5 seconds of a change of possession.
