Rio No Longer Resembling a Marshmallow

It has been reported that he has stopped eating fried foods and crab dip while not in his native Alaska.

It was also reported he lost a weight loss bet to Ray Allen who lost 10 pounds on a new diet. This is not a shock, no way Rio keeps up with Ray in discipline or in the gym...but back to Rio.

I inspected a few photo's of him from preseason games and my initial reaction was WOW!!! He looks like great, like you would expect a professional athlete to look like.

Next reaction was of LOL at pro athletes not understanding how a proper diet would improve their play. #Barkley

Obviously professional athletes can enjoy quite a bit more cheat meals that I can, but how can you not understand that putting regular gas into your Top Fuel dragster is going to hinder performance.

I think this will make a large impact on his defense, he should be quicker from toe to fingertips.


Side note, the Heat are taking this off season much more seriously than last one. Not having the Olympics helps but all I have heard from the Heat camp is how determined and in shape these players are.

A couple of buddies and my gf, Chili's is the only sports bar in all of Torreon that plays gringo sports.

Also was thinking of a really sick line up for the Heat.

5 Birdman/Anthony and hopefully some Oden
4 Bosh/UD/Lewis
3 Battier/Beasely
2 Wade/Allen/Cole
1 LBJ/Rio

If they can get enough minutes from their centers that line up would walk through the finals. Sub in players if you want more D or more O. Even move Wade to the 3 to put more spacing on the floor from Cole or Allen.
