LA saying left adductor injury for Davis. They're properly fucked. Even if its not serious, its likely he misses games. They can't win without Davis. They found a little something in the 4th with Gasol, Lebron and 3 guards lineup. Might be enough to win 1 more game in the series if they limit turnovers, but its not enough to win 2.

Really needed to steal this game but those two possessions late with a chance to cut it to 4 or 5 really hurt. One, CP3 deflects a Gasol pass that would have been a wide open 3 to Matthews. Next possession Schroder blows a makeable lay up, then PHX hits a 3 to put it back to 10.

If Crowder can keep getting his shot back, Suns have a great shot to take this.

Anthony Davis and Chris Paul are the least reliable playoff stars in history.

They are always freaking injured.

This series is about which team has the injured player LOSES. It robs us of seeing them play at full strength.

I cannot remember any career playoff arcs that are as HIGH/LOW as those two......because of injuries.

AD is just what he is injury wise. When you are that big and move that quickly and put that much strain on your body- injuries are prob. bound to happen. Its probably going to be a fight he has to deal with his entire NBA career.

Look on the bright side- at least he hasnt missed the last 2 seasons with a torn achilees and a surgically reconstructed knee like Klay Thompson

previous year 30.1, 8.5, 11.3 41.7% 27.2 shots per game

LeBron is obviously still great. But I no longer think this is top of his game LeBron. You used to be terrified to face LeBron in the post season. That feeling of invincibility and that he can just do ridiculous things doesnt seem to be there right now.

And given just how beat up he's been this season, you might want to consider sitting him next game to get a little rest and not push it to a more severe injury. You'd likely be throwing a game away but they've got no easy decisions right now.

Yeah, 24/7 treatment and see how he feels in the morning. Meanwhile, develop your game plan around him either not being available or playing very limited minutes.

Hopefully KCP can start hitting some shots, he's overdue.
