I'm seeing a well disciplined team that puts out extra effort and limits dumb mistakes and penalty's. I also see a rebuild plan in place that brings in talent thru the draft. This is the first staff that i have felt good about in a very long time. How do you guys feel about our new staff?

Good moves to set up a better future. Now we need to focus on getting guys for the offense that will help Fields grow. This year we are not competing for much. 8-8 would be the high side, 4 wins would get us a nice draft pick. Seems were not dollar stupid with the new staff.

I had 5 wins and Nagy fired at seasons end. Also said Fields would look like shit under Nagy and we won't know if we got a legit QB or not until Nagy is gone. You guys remember yours?

Who is ready to admit Mitch was not the real problem. Now I don't think he was or would have been worth the 2nd pick but he could have been pretty good with a real coach and system. Mitch got screwed. Is it clear enough now? @ richig.

Out of the three, which one should have went first and in what order should they have been fired. Me.... Nagy, Pace, Trubisky in that order. I'm ok with getting rid of all three but we got rid of the poor bastard ruined by the other two. Bears football in a nutshell.
