If I add them up, if I read them correctly, we wind up making 12 picks? That would be great!

10 total.

I moved out of the 1st, was trying to get a 3rd rounder back and an earlier 2nd.
I ended up with a ton of 4th rounders and crapped on landing my targets.
Giles was a huge reach, but I didn't want to miss out on him.

McGary - Has good strength and has most of the technique down, one full season with work can be a starter in Peters spot next year.

Thompson- isn't a in the box safety, but can play the middle of the field and recover quickly.

Evans- Is a guard, flat out. Can move people and that's a plus.

Gaines- With Cox I want someone next to him that has speed and size that draws some of the double team away from Cox, plus the big squatty guy can move on a field.

Thanks for clearing that up. I got lost with all the moves. I'm not a mathematician.

All right I don't want to screw up Rey or Duke's mock threads so I'll post this in here.
One of the annual Hoop mocks listed below :

2.53 : Kaleb McGary - OT - Washington
2.57 : Deionte Thompson - S - Alabama
3.89 : Bobby Evans - OG - Oklahoma
4.109 : Joe Giles-Harris - LB - Duke - Way to high for this one, but I love this kid. He has a great nose for the ball.
4.117 : Darrell Henderson - RB - Memphis
4.127 : Greg Gaines - DT - Washington
4.129 : Kris Boyd - CB - Texas
4.138 : David Sills - WR - West Virginia
5.163 : Daniel Wise - DT - Kansas - Boom or bust, with more of the boom effect. I think with the vets he can flourish here
6.197 : Gary Johnson - LB - Texas- Another great nose for the ball. Needs development

TRADES: 1.25 to Atlanta for 2.45 & 4.117
2.45 to Jacksonville for 3.69 & 4.109
3.69 to Indianapolis for 3.89 & 4.129
I don't think there's space on the roster for all those guys. Probably should have traded back up with some 4ths to get another prime player.

McGary is good value there, but I think he tops out athletically as a right tackle.

Thompson is my least favorite of all the top safeties. Seems like the other guys all bring more energy and punch. But that is definitely the spot to draft them in all these mocks. They always raced off the board at the end of the 2nd in mine. I think they'll go earlier in the real draft. It's really an excellent safety class. Way to grab one for us.

Henderson I could never get. He kept going in the 3rd. That's an awesome pickup for this offense. Man, is that kid smooth.

Giles is probably a two downer and we need some help in coverage. Good old school LB though.

Sills is a great developmental WR prospect.

That trade with the Falcons is awful. Not even close to enough value. Sorry, did they throw in an early pick next year?

Overall, added a lot of good talent across the roster.

Yeah had to be. We don't/can't carry over trade picks to upcoming years, I wanted out of the first, and I wanted to be able to pick up something in the third and be able to move up into the early 2nd round.

It was a gamble that blew up in my face a little, trust me if I was a real GM and I didn't that I would've fired myself!

Why'd you have to make the deal and how was it not for his 3rd rounder? ( which still wouldn't have been enough)

Seattle traded DE Frank Clark to Kansas City for Pick #21! Plus a 3rd this year and a 2nd next year, I believe. Will fact check that soon. I think that's too rich, but KC traded Dee Ford earlier, so had to replace him.

Yeah talk about over paying!

I don't think KC was thinking on that, I know they have Spag's there now and want to roll to a 4-3

Cause at the time it was the only trade offer I had and I was hoping to move a 2nd round into a third.
But you dropped down 20 picks!

Why is it more important to have a 3rd rounder than a 1st? I'm missing something.

#21 this year + 2nd pick in 2020 + swap 3rd round picks this year. Way too much. But, that's Andy.

BGN's final mock:
Final Eagles 7-Round Mock Draft

Your thoughts?
Not bad. I'm not thrilled taking Marquise Brown at 25. I still think Howie will have multiple deals in this draft with trades. I can see them dealing Nelly and getting his replacement in the 2nd round possibly. I also think they won't be picking at 25. They are either moving up or moving back imo. The trade made today between KC and Seattle could have some impact to our selection as well. Seattle will need OL and pass rushers now.

Wow and I thought I screwed up in the Hoop mock draft on here, but it looks like I was close on a few.
And to be fair, I have no problem taking Marqyise at 25 only IF Howie and Joe feel he is the bpa and they feel that they can address the other more important area that I feel are critical needs. I'm more concerned about our OL than our DL.

Bottom line is Wentz is a long term investment, the Eagles NEED to protect Wentz long term by building the line up with younger and healthier OL via draft.
