And that speaking style error changes anything how? So basically you are admitting you understood what I was saying now?
Along with all the other evidence, including the text messages we know about, yes, it makes you automatically guilty.
Common sense.
LMAO...are there seriously some Patriot fans who think the owners, the NFL, or the NFLPA will entertain the idea of this going to court for even a second? Am I reading this correctly?
Unless they meet the demands of the Brady and NLFPA team they won't have a choice. The don't get a say on whether the opposing side files a complaint withe NLB or in a Fed Court.

Nobody involved is going to put the NFLs Anti-Trust exemption at risk by sending this argument through the courts. Not going to happen.
yeah
brady is posturing for just that. is it a bluff?
probably...but he COULD go to court if he wanted. anti-defamation? something.
Right, because the NFL has been hauled before and lost in front of the Feds in recent years for rear of losing Anti-Trust exemption.
What player did this?

Not really. At least not without calling the whole CBA into question. The owners aren't going to allow that, and the NFLPA has 1600+ other members to take care of.
Rice, Peterson, Vilma, etc
All of which the league lost.
no, he can. study up.Not really. At least not without calling the whole CBA into question. The owners aren't going to allow that, and the NFLPA has 1600+ other members to take care of.
You do know trial and arbitration are two different things, right?
Brady didn't give up the phone because it would have implicated him
Are people this dumb?
