Thoughts? Not sure why in the world she would post something like that, if for no other reason than he says he's heading back home.

I've said this before and will say it again - the best think he can do, imo, is to go back to Cleveland and at least try to make good on his original promise to bring them a title.

My opinion has always been that he wouldn't play for Gilbert.
It really isn't my hope.
My hope is he stays.

It was immediately clear to me that she was excited to be going back to her home town for the summer, which is where they spend every summer. Has nothing to do with James' contract decision.

The only thing you could read into this is that she obviously misses her hometown, or at least people there. Whether she misses it enough for that to be a factor, or whether she even prefers living in Ohio over living Miami... who knows.

Hmmm... there's an idea. If that's his goal.. he should do the whole fakeout thing that some of the high school kids have done on signing day.

You know, he could hold up one of his old Cav's jerseys for a few seconds, before switching to the jersey of the team he's really signing with.

I understand this to an extent, but I think this is going a bit overboard when we're talking about the spouse of a player. Her social media audience is a lot different than his. While LeBron's main instagram audience is NBA fans... hers is gonna be more family and friends.

Cavs have the lowest win % in the NBA since the day Gilbert said the Cavs would win a title before James.

Love him or hate him.....there is no way to deny what type of impact he makes in the W/L column.

The Spurs players won that series...
Nothing really Spoelstra can do when most of the roster has a crappy series and Wade is the worst player on the court.
Nothing Pops could have really done anything different ( that would have worked) had he have been coaching the Heat in that series.

Thats just it though. When you have the ordained GOAT from day one it doesnt matter what the coach does.

If Pops coaches last year game 6 a bit differently at the end...
then they probably would have just repeated.

Doesn't mean he isn't an overall great coach... Just sometimes your gut instinct is wrong.
Then, you can be an equally talented coach, but if you don't have the players you aren't winning.

How far over the cap do you think the cavs can go to get lebron? This is a young group of guys that look like they have some potential in the near future. Who do you get rid of to get him on board? Once he is on board, you know he's gonna want everything his way. For that matter, you know he won't be satisfied unless you can get a few other all-stars to play with him. How do you make that happen? I don't think the cavs have enough money to make a guy like lebron happy.
