What I mean is that someone who's insane doesn't even know what he's doing. It's a mental handicap.

Before we start pointing the finger here and labeling Incognito I think we should all keep a level head. Clearly an investigation needs to be done to determine exactly what the cause of this incident was. Its possible that the car started it. And perhaps there was a lack of organizational structure of Ferrari Inc., and the local homeowners' association to handle situations like this.
