Well, it should be pretty obvious:

Playing cheap: Heat fans and Lebroniacs like to point out that he took less money to play in Miami. Therefore, Miami got him "on the cheap" which is how he plays cheap.

Cheating on the court: He drops banana peels in front of players running down court with the ball, he has given several players a "hotfoot" while they were trying to shoot free throws and has even attempted the Lane Kiffin underinflated ball trick.

You Heat fans and Lebroniacs are just in denial over how dirty this guy is!!

To me cheating would be doing stuff like tripping players, elbowing them, grabbing them, et cetera. I wouldn't consider traveling cheating because I don't think plsyers deliberately travel.
