yeah your SOS is weak ass. c'mon seriously you going to try and sell games against Navy, Boston College, Air Force are difficult? please.

As of recent Michigan was even a joke.

You have 2 legit teams you play each year, USC and Michigan.

Tough teams on ND's schedule this year: MSU, UM, BYU, OK, USC, Stanford

Mediocre teams: Pitt, BC, Wake, Navy, Purdue, Miami

Tough Team's on UO's schedule: USC, Stanford

Mediocre: Fresno St, Arizona, Washington St., Washington, ASU, OSU, Colorado, Cali

Bad teams: Arkansas St, TT

The obvious answer is Texas.

If it wasn't for OU success on the football field, people would think Texas athletes were soft. Its a tough job carrying the state of Texas on OUr backs but OU does Texas talent justice.

Too bad the state of Oklahoma is worthless and leeches off of their big brother to the south.

Dallas is closer to Norman than Austin. You are arguing over imaginary lines drawn on paper! We recruit local talent and kick ass with it. 7 time national champion!

I wish Texas played in a bullshit conference like the big 8 for a hundred years.

You'd only have to beat Nebraska :-)first:) and 6 other scrubs and you'd be in line for a Sears trophy every year.

Your state hemorrhages talent to all comers...seems like everyone else is getting the best of what your state has to offer.:boink:

Did you also like how I put Fresno St, Colorado, UCLA, ASU, Washington, Washington St, and OSU as mediocre?

Your schedule is shitty duck! So don't attack like you can attack ND's!

And what was the swc?

Baylor
Texas tech
TCU
SMU
aTm
Arky

These are programs that made the swc tough?

Yes we had Nebraska and who was the second best team in the swc that compares to them? Nobody so don't blame OU for having success while competing against one of the top 10 programs all time.

SWC - 5 programs with NCs

Big 8 - 2 programs with NCs that didn't need a 5th down

How many of those 5 programs gave a national title after say 1950?

I respect that aTm, smu and TCU have national titles won back In the 1930s. Texas had it rough.

lmao @ thinking A&M, Arkansas, Tech, TCU, etc had the same or worse talent level than the Kansas', Iowa State's and Missouri's of the Big 8.

OU played Texas and Nebraska yearly and managed to win 7 national titles.

Name two equal or better programs Texas had to deal with yearly in route to their four. A scrub is a scrub, it's all the same. OU had the tougher road year in and year out. Throw in Colorado, who was better than aTm and Arkansas from the 70s through the 90s and you don't have a leg to stand on.

How can you leave Texas A&M off the list. They've been underachieving for the entire century. Texas has had just 2 so-so years in a row. They've been one of the top teams for the 1st decade of the century.

In Hoosier's defense, MSU was better last year than they were when they lost to Alabama, and Alabama was loaded that year...shouldn't have lost a game.
